If you head over to the book sectoin of the main part of this site there are 3 PDF sample form my book Essential ZBrush.  They include the full table of contents (which is extensive to say the least as it is a long  book), The whole of chapters 1 and 17 as well.  So you can get a better feel of what the book is like and why you need to own it if you are a Zbrush users.  There are tips and workflows in this book that you will find no where else I can promise you that.
